A total of 75 followers who had weak and brittle nails and a total of 30 content creators with varied profiles (fashion, beauty and lifestyle influencers, manicurists and journalists) were selected.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the action, the participants received a satisfaction survey and sent before and after photos of the challenge, which were used on Mavala&#8217;s social networks. The result: 90% of the participants noticed stronger nails with less breakage and 80% would buy the product again with complete confidence.<\/p>\n<p>This action improved the credibility of the brand and the feeling of relevance to the community, as well as engagement.
