TikTok Content Creators

With the aim of rejuvenating the brand and bringing it closer to the new generation of buyers in Spain, we contacted 3 well-known nail content creators on TikTok.

The manicurists, whose combined audiences exceed 850K followers, create monthly content for Mavala’s social media. Their videos add up to millions of views and the impact for the brand on this network is being very positive.

Mavala has improved its position as an expert brand in nail care and brand recognition among people under 30 is growing, improving results at points of sale

Científico K+ Testers Club

On the occasion of the launch of the K+ Scientist in a new format, we tested the effectiveness of this top-selling product with a product test action among community followers and content creators on Instagram and TikTok. A total of 75 followers who had weak and brittle nails and a total of 30 content creators with varied profiles (fashion, beauty and lifestyle influencers, manicurists and journalists) were selected.

At the end of the action, the participants received a satisfaction survey and sent before and after photos of the challenge, which were used on Mavala’s social networks. The result: 90% of the participants noticed stronger nails with less breakage and 80% would buy the product again with complete confidence.

This action improved the credibility of the brand and the feeling of relevance to the community, as well as engagement. And sending product to TikTok creators and influencers from other industries helped us bring the brand closer to younger audiences.
